Sydney Local Delivery
For eligible orders delivered from our Ultimo showroom, local delivery may be available within selected Sydney areas.
Current local delivery guide:
0–10 km from Ultimo: Free local delivery
10–20 km from Ultimo: $20
20–35 km from Ultimo: $35
35–50 km from Ultimo: $50
Local delivery availability is calculated at checkout after you enter your address.

Interstate and Regional Delivery
For addresses outside our Sydney local delivery range, furniture delivery fees may apply. Gaming chairs and desks are large items, and delivery costs can vary depending on location, product size, weight and courier availability.
Where available, the delivery fee will be displayed at checkout.
Remote areas, regional addresses, apartments with difficult access, PO boxes, parcel lockers and certain non-standard delivery locations may require a custom delivery quote.

Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes depend on your location, product availability and courier schedules.
As a general guide:
Sydney local delivery is arranged after order confirmation.
NSW, ACT and VIC metro delivery usually takes several business days after dispatch.
Interstate or regional delivery may take longer depending on courier availability.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, stock availability or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the parcel is collected by the courier.
Delivery Access
Large furniture items may be delivered to the ground-floor entrance, front door, loading dock or courier-accessible area only.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery does not include carrying items upstairs, assembly or installation, removal of packaging, disposal of old furniture, or redelivery caused by missed delivery appointments.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

AutoFull AU is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect customer addresses, missed delivery attempts or access issues.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery or customer unavailability, additional redelivery fees may apply.
