Warranty

AutoFull AU provides warranty support for eligible products purchased through autofullau.com.

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Warranty Coverage

Warranty coverage may vary depending on the product model, component and date of purchase.

Eligible warranty claims may cover defects in materials or workmanship under normal domestic use.

Depending on the product and issue, AutoFull AU may provide replacement parts, repair guidance, product replacement, partial refund or full refund where appropriate.

Some products may include extended warranty coverage where stated on the product page or confirmed at the time of purchase.

What May Be Covered

Warranty support may apply to structural defects, manufacturing faults, faulty components, missing or defective parts, and issues not caused by misuse, incorrect assembly or normal wear.

What Is Not Covered

Warranty does not normally cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, accident or neglect, damage caused by incorrect assembly, damage caused by unauthorised modification or repair, cosmetic marks, scratches or minor colour variation, damage caused by commercial, rental or non-domestic use unless approved, damage caused during customer return shipping, or products not purchased from AutoFull AU or an authorised seller.

Please include your full name, order number, shipping address, product model, description of the issue, photos or videos showing the issue, and photos of relevant labels, parts or packaging where available.

Our team will review your claim and guide you through the next steps.

Replacement Parts

Where possible, warranty issues may be resolved by providing replacement parts for self-installation.

If replacement parts are unavailable, we may offer another suitable remedy depending on the issue and product condition.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for warranty claims may depend on the case.

If the issue is confirmed to be a covered fault, AutoFull AU will provide a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

For non-warranty issues, incorrect assembly, misuse or change-of-mind situations, customers may be responsible for shipping or replacement part costs.

Important Notes

Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Proof of purchase is required.

Processing times may vary depending on part availability, courier delays and the nature of the issue.
