Return & Refund Policy

At AutoFull AU, we want you to be confident when purchasing our gaming chairs, desks and accessories.

This policy explains how returns, refunds and cancellations are handled for orders placed through autofullau.com.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind Returns

You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original condition, in original packaging, complete with all parts, accessories, manuals and tags, and free from damage, stains, odours, excessive wear or assembly marks.

For hygiene and quality reasons, assembled or heavily used chairs may not be accepted for change-of-mind returns.

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Because gaming chairs and desks are large items, return shipping may be expensive. We recommend contacting us before purchasing if you are unsure about size, colour, model or compatibility.

If the return is due to a confirmed fault, damage during delivery, missing parts or an incorrect item, AutoFull AU will review the case and provide a suitable remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please provide your order number, photos or videos of the issue, photos of the packaging, and a clear description of the problem.

We may need to assess the product before providing a remedy.

Depending on the issue, the remedy may include replacement parts, repair, replacement, refund or another suitable solution.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch or before local delivery is arranged.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your bank, card or payment account after it has been processed.

Shipping fees, delivery fees and payment processing fees may not be refundable for change-of-mind returns unless required by law.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, colour or model, please request a return for the original item and place a new order after the return is approved.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns:

Used or assembled products

Products without original packaging

Products damaged by misuse, incorrect assembly or improper handling

Clearance, final sale or special-order items, unless required by law

Gift cards or digital products
