How do I place an order?

You can place an order directly through autofullau.com. Select the product you want, add it to cart and complete checkout.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been dispatched or prepared for local delivery, we may be able to cancel it.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Please contact us immediately if you need to change your address.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.

Delivery & Pickup

Where does AutoFull AU deliver?

AutoFull AU offers Sydney local delivery, showroom pickup and selected interstate delivery within Australia.

Delivery availability and fees are shown at checkout.

Do you deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers?

No. Gaming chairs and desks are large items and cannot be delivered to PO boxes or parcel lockers.

Please use a residential or commercial street address.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on your location, product availability and courier schedules.

Sydney local delivery is arranged after order confirmation.

Interstate and regional deliveries may take longer.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, pickup may be available from our Ultimo showroom.

Tracking

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after courier collection.

I did not receive tracking. What should I do?

Can I try a chair before buying?

Selected models may be available to view or try at our Ultimo showroom.

Please contact us before visiting to confirm availability.

Do AutoFull chairs require assembly?

Most gaming chairs require assembly. Assembly instructions may be included in the box or provided digitally where available.

What should I check before buying?

We recommend checking product dimensions, weight capacity, colour and material, delivery options, assembly requirements, warranty coverage and return policy before purchasing.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, in original condition and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs apply for change-of-mind returns.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Include your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a description of the issue.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. You can request a return and place a new order for the product you want.

Warranty

What does the warranty cover?

Warranty coverage may apply to eligible defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Warranty does not normally cover misuse, incorrect assembly, normal wear and tear, accidental damage or unauthorised modifications.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Depending on your Shopify checkout settings, these may include card payments, PayPal, Afterpay or other supported payment methods.

Do you offer bank transfer?

If bank transfer or PayID is available, instructions will be shown at checkout or provided after order confirmation.
